New Patients

We have a number of doctors who are accepting new patients, the receptionists can help you with booking an appointment. There will usually be a wait of several days for an appointment if you are a new patient, although we will do our best to accommodate you if you need an appointment for an urgent matter.

We are here to look after all the ages and stages you and your family will pass through. From the cradle to the grave, the team are here to address all your medical needs.

Skin Cancer Clinic

Our practice can provide skin checks to find and treat skin lesions, or refer on for specialist care. Book into one of our weekly skin clinics.

Obstetrics

All the nurses onsite are trained in ante-natal care allowing you to be cared for through your pregnancy by your usual practice team, or share your pregnancy care with your obstetrician.

Women's Health

You will find the team of nurses and female doctors at our practice have extra training in women's health and can take care of all your needs in this area. We can also provide insertion and removal of Mirena and Implanon within the practice. We also highly recommend the team at Sanctum Women’s Health.

Indigenous Health

The practice is committed to provide care to our indigenous community and catering to their requirements. We provide Aboriginal Health Assessments and other tailored services, as well as participating in the Closing the Gap Program.

Preventative Medicine

We all know prevention is better than cure. Our practice provides screening for and management of conditions before they might become serious in the future.

Chronic Care Management

Unfortunately, even with preventative care some people develop a Chronic Illness that needs extra management. Here at Cambewarra Mountain Health the whole practice team will help you to manage your illness an ensure the best possible care through this process.

Vaccinations & Travel Medicine

We are fully equipped to provide all forms of vaccination to your whole family, from childhood into your senior years.

The practice is also fully equipped to provide all your travel vaccinations including yellow fever for those who need it. Book in with your doctor before you travel to organise your vaccinations and any precautionary medication you may need.

Minor Surgery & Wound Care

The doctors in our  practice, with the assistance of the nursing team, are trained and skilled in surgery to remove straightforward skin cancers, insert and remove contraceptive implants and various other procedures. Please speak to your doctor about these services.

The nursing team and medical practice assistants here are highly trained and experienced in the latest methods of dressing and wound care.
